Office Manager and Recording Event Coordinator

Company Overview: Grazper Technologies is an innovative AI company working within the space of computer vision. We have our main office next to the Marble Church in the center of Copenhagen and our AI lab is located out on Refshaleøen. We are currently seeking a proactive and energetic colleague to handle the daily office operations as well as be a part of building up Grazper’s unique 3D vision dataset.

Job Description: As an Office Manager at Grazper, you will coordinate office activities and provide support to our staff, ensuring that all administrative tasks are handled promptly and professionally. You will also be a vital part of our dataset recording efforts where you will lead the efforts to recruit “actors” and lead the actual recording sessions. This will include pro-actively contacting potential actors, quickly onboarding them and then operating our recording setup.


  • Oversee daily office operations and administrative staff.
  • Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.
  • Implement and maintain procedures/office administrative systems.
  • Oversee the maintenance of office facilities.
  • Liaise with facility management vendors, including cleaning, catering, and security services.
  • Handle correspondence, complaints, and queries.
  • Plan team building and other events such as annual Friday bar and Christmas party
  • Assist the organization's HR function by keeping personnel records up to date as well as onboarding and offboarding employees.
  • Assist the organisation’s Bookkeeping function by
    • Handling and maintaining monthly expenses, invoices and receipting;
    • Account reconciliations;
    • Generate monthly reports.
  • Recruit “actors” for recording sessions.
  • Lead recording sessions at our recording facilities.


  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and team collaboration skills
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English and preferably also in Danish.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Teams, Outlook, Sharepoint)
